WATER SPORTS
Cruises
Nusa Lembongan-Duration:1 day.This island located in the east side of Benoa.The sun,white sand.corals,blue ocean,strong waves,make this place perfect for diving,surfing or snorkeling.
Water Cruises
The cruise agencies will offer exciting water activities packaged.such as water slide,snorkling and scuba diving.See the island's exotic marine life and colourful corals from the comfort of the semi-submersibli coral viewer.Try snorkling for a closer look or enjoy a host of other activities,like unlimited banana boat rides.
Nusa Penida- Duration:1 day with a population of 45,000 people and atropical climate,makes this little heaven perfect place for diving and snoerkling.But beware of the strong pull current! You don't want to be swept away,then better play at safer ground.
Diving & Snorkling
If you have never tried any of these sports,and would like to,then you only have to start in Sanur or Tanjung Benoa where you can rent equitment at the dive centres at the local dive centers.Most of dive centes offer international diving certificates (PADI),but be sure to check the PADI Resort Code.life insurance and medical facilities.Choose a five satr diving centre that has PADI approval rating.
Where to dive?
East of Bali : Gili Tepekong,Gili Biaha and Gili Mimpang-only for professional divers.
South of Bali: Nusa Lembongan-One of the best diving location.The corals make an excellentreason for you too dive in these places.But once again,beware of strong currents!
North of Bali: Menjangan island- This7,000 acres island is located at Taman Nasional Bali Barat.Morning dives are magnificent at Menjangan island.
Lovina Beach - This beach has beautiful calm water,which make it the perfect place to teach your children diving.
Ceningan Islan- Located in the eastern part of Bali.Because of its friendly current,amateur diver can improve their skills at this island.
Parasailling
This exhilarating experience is a must for all thrill-seekers.For those unfamiliar with it,parasailing turns you into a human kite suspended hundreds of feet above the emerald green waters of Tanjung Benoa Gulf Stream.
Rafting.
Rafting is a recreational activity utilizing a raft to navigate a river or other bodies of water.This is usually done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water,raising the thrill factor and excitement for participants.
Surfing & Bodyboarding
There are so many surfing sites on the island.But Nusa Lembongan has the perfect wave for all kind of surfers,from amateurs to professional.If you don't have your own board,you can always rent at Kuta Beach or Sanur.
Where To Surf ?
PadangPadang,Nusa Lembongan and Uluwatu-for propessional surfers only! Canggu-for experienced surfers! Nusa Dau-September-March are good month for surfing.For experienced surfers! Madewi Beach -for amateur surfers. Kuta & Legian- Advisable for beginners.
